Having worked at Verhaert for more than 25 years, Dany Robbrecht focuses on strategic innovation: this includes value and business model engineering and value proposition design, as well as strategic product, design and (open) innovation management in a B2B, B2C and the public context.
Thomas Tanghe is one of the Partners at SpaceTec Partners, with over 10 years of experience in consulting, leading the innovation advisory practice. He is author of several reports about access to finance, innovation financing and alternative financing of the space industry.
Guerric de Crombrugghe is an enthusiastic and self-driven expert in aerospace, including aeroplanes, drones, rockets, satellites, and their applications, with an emphasis on company growth and innovation. He launched ScanWorld, a hyperspectral images and analytics company, in 2020. He now works as Chief Product Officer at ConstellR with the goal of creating a European champion in satellite photography for agriculture.
Sven Przywarra is a co-founder of LiveEO. Sven is leading a team of more than 90 people working on bringing the insights of earth observation to utility enterprises. He is convinced that earth observation will have a positive impact on every major industry within the next 10 years.
Dr Julie Letertre-Danczak is an expert in physics for environement with a PhD on Physic and Chemistry of Atmosphere.
She is a project officer at ECMWF working for CAMS on the National Collaboration Programme and also the Copernicus Thematic Hub on Health.

Désiré Nzengou is an entrepreneur helping innovators build digital products that people love, and bring them to the market. Désiré has a particular flair for AI, blockchain, quantum and AR technologies applied to business. He is involved in the space Tech (GNSS and EO) industry -downstream segment- and the healthcare sector.
Maria Gross is driven by change. She studied non-profit management and started her career at Daimler. Maria worked for different accelerators & incubators. She joined GERMANTECH as the Managing Director where she loves bringing together diverse stakeholders to learn from each other and work on a sustainable future.
Henk Kok is the CEO and founder of Xablu, a company bridging the gap between Tech and Market. He is known for his strategic vision on developing and marketing Cloud Enabled Services like mobile applications.
Piotr Bucki works with companies big and small, local, and global, offering them support with communication strategies. Piotr combines different inspirations to come up with new solutions. He also teaches and trains in a wide range of communication areas such as marketing, PR, and branding to support entrepreneurs in their project.
Steve Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Astrosat, an Astronautics and Earth observation company. A proven innovator and entrepreneur, Steve is also an award-winning Astrophysicist and Astronautical Engineer. Through his leadership Astrosat is paving the way for Space solutions using innovation to solve global challenges.

Yes, there is no requirement as such for participation in the EU Space Academy Learning Platform. Although the course is aimed at entrepreneurs within the space sector, the lessons are designed so any interested person regardless of their background can find modules of interest.
No, you can register to the online programme anytime! Once you registered, you will gain access to all the available courses that you can watch at your own convenience.
Each member of your team can individually join and benefit from the academy.
No, you can watch the lessons in your preferred order.
Yes, you will get a certificate after completing the academy. Additionally, after the completion of each course, you can download a completion badge and share it with your network.

Depending on the lesson, follow-up sessions are workshops, office hours or mentoring sessions, that become available after the release of each lesson.
